A pre-study looking at how a joint city-building triennial for Gothenburg, Malmö, and Stockholm could be set up: its focus, governance, and next steps. The work mapped possible models for collaboration across municipalities and cultural actors, and explored how to frame "stadsbyggnad" as a public topic without making it shallow. A central concern was accessibility, finding formats that could translate complex planning and design questions into engaging public programming, while still keeping professional depth and long-term institutional value.
