Testbedstudio designed and led an idea workshop to support local development work, with the aim of making Grängesberg more attractive to visitors, residents, and employers. We started with references and case studies, then helped participants identify focus areas and develop project ideas, deliberately moving the conversation from "problems" to "goals and solutions." The outcomes were structured in three tiers: quick wins (clean-up and maintenance), activity-based initiatives (events and programmes), and built interventions (streets, places, buildings) that require longer planning, anchoring, and financing.
