A long-term transformation of a timber holiday house originally built in 1973. The project ran over several years and included renovation, spatial reorganisation, and additions, developed in stages to improve everyday usability and seasonal flexibility. The work balanced preserving the original structure with targeted new volumes and upgrades, bringing building performance and comfort in line with the character of both the site and the existing house.
