Exhibition / Full-Scale Prototypes
Location: Arkitekturmuseet (Stockholm)
Client: Arkitekturmuseet
Team: Anders Johansson, Erik Wingquist
For the exhibition 48h, Testbedstudio produced a set of full-scale prototypes exploring alternative ways of exhibiting architecture and staging social space. Contributions included a stepped seating pyramid crowned by a date palm, a light fabric pavilion (3×4×5 m), and a 21 m-long seating ring previously developed for The Venice biennale. We also co-developed a talk and lecture programme with invited guests from adjacent fields, extending the exhibition into a live forum.
